D&H Motorcycles was set up and started trading on May 1st 1984 and we found a great location for the workshop very near Bath City Centre. Initially we were repairing motorcycles but, as D&H Motorcycles became a trusted name among local bikers, we soon started to buy and sell machines as well. After six months we applied to be an MOT testing station but due to an embargo by the Department of Transport it was another two years before we could start testing. He went with the Marcos team to Le Mans in 1995 and got to know many of the other racing teams and was with Marcos when they were the British GT Championship winners in 1995, 1996 and 2000. He has had the honour to do concourse judging at the annual rally for the Marcos owners clubs on several occasions. Bath School of Motoring and Lanham's Driving School have been established in Bath since 1963. The two schools amalgamated in the early 90's and are now being managed by Gary Payne and his partner Innes Baron.
