in the trade. His father , grandfather, and great grand
father have all been builders and stonemasons dealing
mainly, though not exclusively with Bath stone. His grandfather
was a yardman for Bath and Portland Stone. His great grandfather
and former forbears helped build the Lady Chapel at Bath
Abbey. Tim did a traditional apprenticeship with Gregory
Thain in stonemasonry before working in a successful father/son
